2. Framed Prints

Clematis patens

Clematis viticella

Clematis viorna

Clematis lanuginosa

These are just quick snaps of the framed prints, they look much better than this to the eye proper.

I have been taking digital photos and scanning clematis-related items for years, now, and therefore have many good photos and line-drawings which have generated interest and appeal at various clematis and other gardening shows. Some of the images look very good when printed on high quality glossy photo-paper and mounted in frames for wall display at home. They are images which are not available elsewhere. The above are scans from Alphonse Lavallée Les Clématites à Grandes Fleurs (1883) Hand-drawn plates by Miss B. Bergeron. These are scans from the original book which I have painstakingly 'cleaned up' in my photosoftware, spending many, many hours removing blemishes and the effects of age.

The above are not brilliant photos of the framed prints but I think they are adequate to give a reasonable impression. I will shortly also be adding a further dozen or so other images of my own, these will be full colour images of individual flowers including Clematis texensis and others. For details of prices and cost of postage etc please email me. I can send these anywhere in the UK and perhaps overseas too.
