The information in this site might be of use to any gardeners first considering raising clematis plants from seed. The site covers several aspects of the basics - obtaining and sowing seed, including hybridising your own plants, through the cycle from germination to the flowering stage: it gives information pertaining to both large-flowered hybrid clematis and some species clematis. The text is supplemented with images where possible; new images are being added from time to time.
